During this global frenzy to get vaccinated, remembering the past will help to make an informed decision regarding the future. There is currently an implementation of assigning QR codes to patients in association with their COVID-19 vaccine shots. What could be the downfall to this and how could it be misused?
April 4th – the 11th, 2021 was Holocaust Remembrance week according to the US Congress. History clearly shows how codes were used to identify people from 1933 to 1945. The numbering and categorization of humans became so efficient that it resulted in a blitzkrieg genocide throughout Europe.
Punch Card Technology – Numbering of Man
A precursor to the bar-code and digital QR code used today was the coded paper punch card. IBM’s Hollerith technology created a system that streamlined the process. IBM, a company headquartered in New York, ran the global punch card monopoly. It’s most successful subsidiary was the German branch, Dehomag. By the 1940’s most European countries were using IBM machines for administration purposes. Data was punched into paper cards using codes that described products. Just as bar-codes are used today, the punched cards were assigned to everything from tin cans to train cars. Each card had a serial number and was used for inventory, tracking and tracing.
The punch cards were used to record and store data on individual people. IBM’s Dehomag (German subsidiary) performed the census beginning April 12, 1933 for the Third Reich. That’s when the identification process began, counting and classifying every citizen. Punch cards with detailed personal information were created for each citizen for each answer to every census question. Throughout Western Europe before and during the Holocaust, punch cards were created for every individual. The efficiency of categorizing people made it possible for Hitler’s Nazi regime to systematically identify, isolate, and eliminate Jews.

Central Health Passport – Number of your Name
The use of punch cards for the use of humans was first introduced through the health care system. Doctors used IBM’s punch card system to record information about their patients.
“One of the first places to aggressively implement [IBM] Hollerith technology for race science was the city of Hamburg. Doctors there submitted extensive forms on all their patients to a Central Health Passport Archive where the information could be retrieved and exchanged with other registries.”

From the Central Health Passport Archive, records on patients were eventually used to identify victims for the pogroms. Patient forms were combined with other the information such as “health and welfare institutions of all kinds, economic welfare, youth and education welfare, court decisions, special foster care, sterilizations… and all other sentences where personality evaluations are considered.”
The Nazi regime used the data collected from doctors on their patients to begin the identification process. Those from the ancestral line of Judah became stigmatized as a health threat to society. The stigmatization and discrimination led to their extermination. Dr. Karl Keller urged doctors to examine the population for racial characteristics and faithfully record the information.

80 years later, IBM has partnered with COVID-19 vaccine maker Moderna, to develop a digital Health Pass system that will tie biometric IDs to health data through its smartphone app. This “health pass” will then grant or deny us access to public spaces and events, based on vaccination status.
All will be Caused to Receive the Mark and the Number
“And he causes all, both great and small, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand…that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the number of the beast, or the number of his name. Vaccinations will be recorded when administered to a patient. Immunization records are kept in most hospital databases and can be retrieved whenever a copy is needed. What is different about the COVID-19 vaccine is the assignment of the QR code. It will soon become mandatory to have this health passport to show proof of vaccination. These QR codes when scanned can upload any other personal information tied to the individual.
An initiative named Health Passport Europe will soon be used worldwide for international travel, health care purposes, events, factories and offices, and in schools and child care centers. Health Passport Worldwide is an app that combines Covid-19 vaccinations and testing with digital technologies connected to mobile devices. This will generate a profile on the patient along with a QR code stating the person’s COVID-19 status, which one can display or scan when asked. It is set up to be used for traveling, attending events, and entering public buildings, such as offices, factories and schools.
Health Passport – Track and Trace Technology
The important thing is to make the connections between the past and present. History is repeating itself. The technology being used today is far more advanced than what it was in the 1940’s. Coded punch cards were developed and assigned to people as a paper copy of the person, which described every characteristic of the individual, such as their health status, religion, and race. Those cards were then used to categorize millions of Jewish citizens. By means of IBM’s information technology, they were swiftly rounded up and sent to be tortured and executed in concentration camps.
Today, digital QR codes are used in place of punch cards. When assigned to humans there is no limit to their use and the speed at which they will be used. Time and time again tools are turned into weapons when given into the wrong hands. For your safety, stay out of the system, do not become numbered.

The abomination of desolation occurs when human beings become a numbered commodity to those in power. There is a multitude prophesied to come who will not be numbered. They are the ones who reverence the authority of God above all earthly rule.
A Remnant that cannot be Numbered
“And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the Beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the numbering of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. And they sing the Song of Moses the servant of God, and the Song of the Lamb, saying, Great and Marvelous are Your Works, Lord God Almighty; Just and True are Your Ways, You King of the holy ones. Who shall not reverence You, O Lord, and glorify Your Name? for You only are Holy: for nations shall come and worship before You; for Your Judgements are made manifest.”
