April was a month of mourning. First the world’s Easter traditions ‘celebrate’ the death of Jesus followed by his supposed physical resurrection. This April, the death of Pope Francis and his funeral Mass dominated the News. The funeral was a world-wide event with leaders and rulers from hundreds of countries attending the Mass. In other News, wars, both military wars and trade wars continued to escalate. Reports of sexual abuse continues to plague the Roman Catholic church as well as institutions such as LA’s juvenile support systems. What do all of these events have to do with prophecy?

Prophecy Monthly – May 2024

May was another month of hypocrisy. After passing the Foreign Aid Bill in April, Biden ‘threatened’ to withhold weapons from Israel if they went into Rafah in Gaza. Israel went into Gaza, killed 45 civilians in one attack and Biden’s White house responded that no ‘red-lines’ had been crossed by the killings.

Likewise, the Roman Catholic Church has been claiming to be transparent in regards to the Child Sex abuse scandal, yet in May the Louisiana State police used a search warrant to acquire documents for their ongoing investigation. Why didn’t the church just hand them over? Meanwhile, the attorney general of Washington State accused the Roman Catholic Church of stonewalling his investigation into the child abuse scandal.

Beware of False Prophets and their Hypocrisy

Jesus warned of false prophets and false teachers who would come at the end. He also said to beware of their leaven which is hypocrisy. But no one seems to be listening. I see the majority being deceived, a fulfillment of prophecy, following after lies and deception. They follow deceit (chaff) and forsake the Truth (wheat). They walk in darkness because they listen to and obey false prophets. The wheat is much preferred!

“I am the light of the world. He that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”

“I am the way, the truth, and the life: no one comes to the Father, but by way of me. If you had known me, you would have known my Father also…”

“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. You shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree brings forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree brings forth evil fruit.”

Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing – Beware!

Many have tried to solve the identity of these ‘wolves in sheep’s clothing.’ This has been the great “mystery of iniquity” to be revealed at the time of the end! To find out the answer, let’s pay close attention to what Jesus/Y’hoshua said, in context, and then think deeply about what he said. He also said he would reveal things that have been kept secret from the foundation of the world to those who will seek for it, and at the end, ‘the weeds will become plainly visible.’

Remember the Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread

What a striking coincidence that the world is experiencing the same tribulation and darkness the Egyptians did in the time of Moses and at the Passover! And it IS the time of Passover! Which comes as an end to what has been but also as the time of a new and better beginning of what will be.
